Frequently asked questions about the request
What documentation is provided?
Whatever the case requires: answers to security questionnaires, a personal data processing agreement, a description of the architecture and controls, and technical evidence for a specific control. It is prepared to fit the request.
How long does the response take?
Receipt is confirmed within 24 business hours. Delivery time depends on scope and is stated in that same confirmation.
Can an NDA be signed?
Yes. Say so in the request detail and it is signed before the documentation is delivered.
What if I need to report a vulnerability?
That does not go here: report it directly to the security team from the "Report an incident" card on the Security page, where each case is reviewed individually.
