Every document Lucía generates (an e-invoice, a quote, a receipt) or files (a supplier invoice you receive) costs the same. VAT-exempt: cloud services are excluded in Colombia.

Under COP 15,000, so that cycle is not charged: the balance rolls over and is charged in cycle 2, for COP 19,800.
What if you use little?
If a cycle adds up to less than COP 15,000, it is not charged: your statement still arrives and the balance rolls over to the next cycle. On the third accumulated cycle whatever is due is charged, as long as it reaches COP 1,500, the minimum a payment link accepts; below that it keeps rolling over.

Your cycle starts the day you create your account. Each document adds COP 99; nothing else does.

Day 30: your statement
Lucía sends you, by WhatsApp and email, the detail of every document and the afínate e-invoice.

15 days to pay, your way
With the payment link: QR code, PSE, card, Nequi or Daviplata. Or turn on automatic payment with your saved card and it is charged on day 31.

Your information is always yours
If payment is late, from day 46 Lucía only pauses generating and filing documents. Questions, reports and data stay, and everything resumes on its own once you pay.
